• Your booking includes access to the studio strictly within your allocated hire period.

  • All setup, pack down, and cleaning must be completed within your booked time

  • Overtime must be requested in advance and is subject to availability

  The studio is monitored for booking times. If your session exceeds the allocated hire period:

  • A studio alarm will sound to indicate the end of your booking

  • Overtime will be automatically charged to the card on file

  Failure to adhere to booking times or studio rules may result in additional fees, early termination of the booking, or refusal of future hires.

All bookings are subject to the following terms. These conditions are firm and apply to all studio hires.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Dates are not held without payment.

Cancellations (More than 30 Days Notice)

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your booking date are eligible for a credit note.

• Credit notes are valid for 30 days from issue

• Credits must be used within this timeframe or will be forfeited

Cancellations (Within 30 Days)

Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the booking date are non-refundable.

A credit note may be issued at the Studio Director’s discretion.

Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours)

Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the booking start time:

• Are not eligible for refund, credit, or reschedule

• The full booking fee will be forfeited

Rescheduling

Reschedule requests must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• Reschedules are subject to availability

• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking

• Rescheduled bookings must be used within 30 days of the original date

No Shows

Failure to attend your booking will be treated as a late cancellation.
No refund, credit, or reschedule will be issued.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we are required to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided.

Additional Notes:

• Credits are non-transferable unless approved in writing

• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash

• All bookings are bound to the agreed time slot — unused time is not refundable

• Any changes to booking duration will incur additional fees

All bookings are subject to the following conditions. These are in place to maintain the quality, presentation, and shared use of the space.

General Use

• The booking holder is responsible for all guests, clients, and third parties onsite for the duration of the hire

• The studio must be used only for its intended purpose and within the booked area

• Please remain present and contactable at all times during your booking

• Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times

Respect for the Space

• Furniture must not be dragged — any items larger than an armchair require two people to move

• All props and furniture must be returned to their original position prior to departure

• Props and furniture are not to be removed from the studio under any circumstance

• Please keep all activity contained within the hired space — common areas are not to be used for photography or staging

Cleanliness & Rubbish

• The studio must be left in a clean and presentable condition

• All small rubbish must be bagged and removed off-site

• Large items, packaging, or external waste must not be left at the premises

• Please do not leave liquids, food waste, or perishables behind

Cleaning & Damage Fees

To maintain the standard of the studio, the following fees apply:

• Use of glitter, confetti, spills, or any cleaning requiring floor treatment will incur a $150 + GST cleaning fee (automatically applied)

• Any upholstery or carpet cleaning required will be assessed and charged separately

• Any wall damage, repainting, or touch-ups will be independently quoted

• Any laundering or replacement of curtains will be independently quoted

Prohibited Items & Activities

• No pets permitted on site

• Strictly no glitter or confetti

• No smoking or vaping anywhere within the building, including the courtyard

• No candles, incense, or open flames

• No alcohol unless approved prior to your booking

• No dirty or heavily soiled footwear on floors or rugs

Noise & Building Consideration

• Music and noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level at all times

• Please be mindful of neighbouring tenants and shared walls within the building

Parking & Access

• If using the onsite car space, care must be taken due to tight access conditions

• All access must remain within permitted building hours

Damage, Breakages & Reporting

• Any damage, breakage, or staining must be reported immediately to the Studio Director

• The booking holder accepts responsibility for any damage caused during the hire

• Repair, replacement, or insurance costs will be charged accordingly

Additional Conditions

• Overtime use without prior approval will incur additional charges

• The studio is monitored for booking times — a studio alarm will sound if your session exceeds the allocated hire period

• Any overtime use will be automatically charged to the card on file

• Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional fees or termination of the booking

• The studio reserves the right to refuse future bookings where misuse has occurred
