Anything is possible with enough time and preparation. A full space clear out, will incur a fee, however there is generally enough space to move furniture to the back half of the room.
-
Yes - however a 20% surcharge applies to bookings where the studio is used for mini sessions, headshot days, or any format where time slots are on-sold to external clients.
These types of bookings place additional demand on the space, including higher foot traffic, increased wear, and more intensive use across the day. The surcharge allows us to maintain the quality, presentation, and overall experience of the studio for all users.
The booking client remains responsible for all attendees, timing, and any additional cleaning or incidentals that may arise.

The studio operates on a self-access basis and follows the same hours as the building, meaning access is only available while the common entry doors are open.

We have one on-site car space available for full-day bookings, subject to availability. Please note this space is prioritised for upstairs Gallery Studio hires on selected days.
As the studio is located within a heritage building, access to the car park is quite tight, and the space itself requires careful manoeuvring. Entry into the building from the car park also involves a few additional steps.
We’re always happy to provide access where possible — we just recommend allowing a little extra time if you plan to use it.
-
As the building is heritage-listed, there is no lift access. Entry to both the main studio and the upstairs gallery is via staircase only.
We recommend keeping this in mind when planning your booking, particularly for larger items, equipment, or accessibility requirements.
