RATES & TIMES

We encourage you to make the most of your time in the studio — it’s designed to be used creatively and with flexibility.

We simply ask that you factor in all setup, pack down, and reset within your allocated booking period, and that the Studio Rules are followed throughout your hire.

BOOKING TIMES

Your booking time is strictly allocated.

  • All arrivals, setup, pack down, and departure must occur within your booked time

  • Early access and late departures are not available

  • The studio operates on a scheduled rotation, and bookings often run back-to-back

If your booking extends beyond the allocated time and impacts another booking, additional charges will apply.

ACCESS & CONFIRMATION

The studio is self-accessed via a smart lock.

Bookings are only confirmed once:

  • Full payment has been received

  • The Booking Agreement has been signed and returned

You will receive a detailed access guide, including entry instructions, the day prior to your booking.

ALTERNATIVE TIMES

If you require a different time slot or extended access, please get in touch.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate where availability allows.

  • 2 Hour Booking
    $280 + GST

    Half Day (4 Hours)
    $500 + GST

    Full Day (8 Hours)
    $950 + GST

    Extended Full Day (10 Hours)
    $1,120 + GST

    Additional Charges

    Mini Sessions / On-Selling
    A 20% loading applies to bookings where time is on-sold to external clients (e.g. mini branding or content sessions).

    Overtime
    $70 + GST per 30 minutes

    All setup, pack down, and reset must be completed within your booking time.
    Overtime will be automatically charged where bookings run over and may impact subsequent bookings.

    Paper Backdrops
    $50 + GST per colour (includes up to 3m usage)

    Backdrop fees are non-refundable once allocated, regardless of use.

    • 2- Hour Booking Slot 1: 8:30am - 10:30am

    • 2- Hour Booking Slot 2: 11:00am - 1:00pm

    • 2- Hour Booking Slot 3: 1:30pm - 3:30pm

    • Half Day Booking Slot 1: 8:30am - 12:30pm

    • Half Day Booking Slot 2: 1:00pm - 5:00pm

    • Full Day Booking Slot: 9:00am to 5:00pm

    • Extended Full Day Booking Slot: 7:00am - 5:00pm

  • Tuesday – Friday
    Bookings available from 7:00am – 5:00pm

    Saturday
    Bookings available from 7:00am – 3:00pm

    Monday, Sundays & Public Holidays
    Available for half-day or full-day bookings, subject to availability
